Our Services

What is C/FST?
The C/FST program was established by the Office of Mental Health & Substance Abuse Services (OMHSAS) in order to ensure that consumers of behavioral health/drug & alcohol services receive quality services.
We are a team of individuals who are or have been behavioral health or drug and alcohol consumers, or the family members of someone who is or has received behavioral health/drug & alcohol services.

Client Advocacy
We conduct interviews with adults and children or family members of children who are receiving behavioral health/drug and alcohol services.
Typically, the interview takes about fifteen minutes to complete.
We report your interview feedback to your providers, CCBH, OMHSAS, BHARP and your county administrators in order to improve the quality of services in your area throughout the state.

Confidentiality
Consistent with our mission and values, Roads To Recovery endeavors to improve the quality of consumer’s care while protecting the confidentiality and privacy of the individuals who we interview. Identifying information is not recorded on a typical survey; however, if a consumer would like to file a complaint, at that point, more information, including identifying information, is documented.
